This beautiful family session in Carmel, Indiana had all the right elements to make the perfect summer family session. Let me explain!
First and foremost, we focused on capturing the joy and deep love they have for each other as a family.
We selected outfits that blend together with the environment and the desired overall feel for their photos. They wore outfits they were comfortable in and felt themselves in. Both of these emphasis’s make way for the focus to be on the sweetness of their connections rather than take away or be distracting from capturing them.
We chose a location that was meaningful to them. This location was a spot in their childhood neighborhood, so bringing their kids back to this place for family photos was extra special. This isn’t always possible for sessions, but it’s always a plus! It is also why I love photographing families in their homes in a space that is treasured to them.
We had amazing weather since the summers here in Indiana are simply the best! Coming from someone that is from Texas, they are wonderful! And you don’t have to worry about bundling up if a cold front comes in like you may in the fall months!
We oriented our session around the sunshine and them having fun together.

HOW DO WE BOOK OUR SESSION?
Send me an inquiry through this contact page (click here) with several desired dates you have available for your session. Once we land on a date, an online signature with my contract and a $100.00 non-refundable initial payment is due to hold your date. This amount goes towards your total investment.
WILL WILL THE REST OF MY INVESTMENT BE DUE?
Your remaining investment is due the day of your session by check or card with a small credit card processing fee.
DO YOU TRAVEL? WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL COSTS?
I will travel up to 60-75 minutes away for newborn sessions. Anything 15 miles outside of the 46033 zip code is subject to $0.62/mile.
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL WE RECEIVE?
I will deliver approximately 75-100+ images, although this depends on how long and the type your session is.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PICTURES?
My turnaround time is typically 3-5 weeks for your entire gallery depending on the season. I like to send out a preview before that time.
