As a newborn and family photographer based in Carmel, Indiana, I have the privilege of capturing some of life's most precious moments. One of my favorite types of sessions is newborn lifestyle photography, where I get to document families in the comfort of their own homes, surrounded by the warmth and familiarity of their special spaces. I had the pleasure of photographing The Vargas family in Fishers, Indiana, and it was such a sweet experience.
From the moment I entered their home, I was struck by the beauty and intentionality of their home. Especially in Baby Emma’s lovely nursery! The walls had precious personalized art, lovely millwork, and sweet baby books displayed. The room was filled with natural light, casting a gentle glow over the cozy rocking chair nestled in the corner of the room, right by Emma’s crib. It was clear that Lizzet and Erick, Emma’s parents, had poured their hearts into creating a space that was not only beautiful but also welcoming and comfortable for their precious daughter’s arrival and years ahead.
Emma herself was a precious newborn with the absolute best, long and dark newborn hair. Lizzet and Erick, were amazing parents, doting on her every need with care and tenderness. But what made this session even more special was the presence of Lizzet's mother, who was in town to help care for the family in those early newborn and postpartum days.
It was incredibly sweet to witness three generations coming together. Lizzet’s mother was there to support her and love on baby Emma in this delicate time. Her mother provided a sense of calm and reassurance, offering her wisdom and experience to help guide Lizzet through the challenges of those fresh newborn days. Her presence was a reminder of the importance of family and the strength that comes from supporting one another during life's most precious and vulnerable moments.
As I captured these moments on camera, I couldn't help but feel a sense of awe at the beauty of new seasons and the impact of family. The bond between Lizzet, her mother, and Baby Emma was precious, radiating with love and warmth. Lizzet and Erick had other family members present offering their support as well. It was a privilege to witness this beautiful display of family coming together, and I knew that these images would serve as a reminder of that special season and be cherished for years and generations to come.

HOW DO WE BOOK OUR SESSION?
Send me an inquiry through this contact page (click here) with several desired dates you have available for your session. Once we land on a date, an online signature with my contract and a $100.00 non-refundable initial payment is due to hold your date. This amount goes towards your total investment.
WILL WILL THE REST OF MY INVESTMENT BE DUE?
Your remaining investment is due the day of your session by check or card with a small credit card processing fee.
DO YOU TRAVEL? WHAT ARE YOUR TRAVEL COSTS?
I will travel up to 60-75 minutes away for newborn sessions. Anything 15 miles outside of the 46033 zip code is subject to $0.62/mile.
HOW MANY PICTURES WILL WE RECEIVE?
I will deliver approximately 75-100+ images, although this depends on how long and the type your session is.
WHEN WILL WE RECEIVE OUR PICTURES?
My turnaround time is typically 3-5 weeks for your entire gallery depending on the season. I like to send out a preview before that time.
